A day at the park

Having gone to a friends/work BBQ this past weekend I was very pleased to see Niamh's Auntie Gill and Day. Dailene handed me an envelope and inside where these photo's. Now not long after getting Niamh I had taken her round to Gill and Day's so they could meet her. They fell in love with her the moment they saw her as well. We then made arrangements to take her for a picnic to Priory Park. The weekend we had chosen co-incided with the Surrey Mirror Car Show so the park was very busy. Niamh was understandably nervy and at one point as Dailene opened her boot to get the picnic basket out Niamh decided that it was just the right size for her and jumped right in

And then refused point blank to get out







No thank you, I'm quite comfy here!







Well I had a hell of a job trying to coax her out and in the end had to drag her out. We went on to enjoy our picnic but later as we decided to walk around the show itself she embarrassed me even more by trying to hop into every open car or van as if she wanted to have a ride. I can only assume she thought the vans where going to take her to the track.

I had to remind her gently that those days where all over now

She didn't have to race anymore unless she wanted too!
